Respect people and their privacy

No harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory abuse, impersonation, spam or repeated unwanted contact. Do not publish another person’s phone number, identity documents, home address or private messages without permission.

Keep information honest

No fabricated listings, stolen photos, false verification claims, manipulated reviews or attempts to evade moderation. Never ask for another user’s passwords or one-time codes.

Use rental conversations responsibly

Stay relevant to the property or request. Stop contacting someone who has declined or blocked you.

When something goes wrong

Report content through the reporting form. Depending on the circumstances, actions can include clarification, content removal, warnings or account restriction. You can appeal a decision.
