Requirements before reviews open

A meaningful recorded interaction will be required. A message alone will not prove a viewing or tenancy. Reviews should address listing accuracy, responsiveness and viewing or matching experience.

Fabricated reviews, retaliation, private personal information and review manipulation are prohibited. Advertisers will have a response route; review reports and appeals will be moderated. Essential safety information will remain free.
