Your questions, answered.
What does “active listings” mean?
Your allowance covers properties published and available at the same time. When a property rents or sells, mark it rented or sold; you can then replace it within your allowance. Drafts and submissions awaiting review are not published listings.
Are the first 3 listings added to the paid allowance?
No. Pro covers up to 15 total active listings and Business covers up to 50 total active listings. Those totals already include the first 3.
What if I have more than 50 properties?
Contact us for a custom quote based on your portfolio.
Does payment include verification or guaranteed enquiries?
No. All listings remain subject to review and the Listing Rules. Payment does not buy verification or guarantee enquiries, tenants or sales. Safety guidance remains free.
How are payments handled?
Contact NamSpace before making a payment so we can confirm your package, billing period, activation and applicable terms. There is no online subscription checkout on this page. NamSpace does not collect rent, rental deposits or property purchase funds. Read the payment information.
